		<description>I would say, people steal the toilet paper? But sadly, the way some people are, I shouldn&#039;t be surprised. I would never not tip a server either, but then I&#039;ve worked retail so I know some people are just rude. I always tip what the cost of the total freebie/coupon would have been in our bill - if it was $7, I add that to the total before coming up with the tip amount.

Really, I think these examples show the difference between being cheap, and being frugal.

I watched person after person cut in front of other people this past weekend in front of the chicken nugget lady at Costco. I mean, really!
